About this site
Three years or so ago, I was thinking about starting a web site and was wondering what subject I could cover on it. The problem was that everything I knew anything about - music, tv, radio - was already covered by more than enough web sites. So I sat and thought about it some more! Then, after an idea came to me, I had a quick look around some search engines and discovered that if you wanted any information on Telewest product and services, there was only their own there wasn't anywhere to get the info except Telewest's own site and, to be honest, it was rather large and complicated; as most corporate sites are!
Well, seeing as everything else I knew something about was already covered in greater detail on numerous other sites, I decided that I'd do a site about Telewest. So, I put together a single page of basic information on their TV service and hosted on my Blueyonder Web Space. From there, I added more and more information until it grew into a full-blown site.
By January of 2004, the site had grown so much in popularity that I decided to purchase a domain for the site. Alex from Cyberprog was good enough to host it for me, which is where the site has stayed until March 2006. I then decided to move hosting and am now with Starteck Online.
